About This Firm
Capital Management Associates (CMA) offers continuous investment advice and manages client funds based on individual needs. CMA provides both discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services. CMA works with clients to establish goals and objectives, develops personal investment guidelines, and creates and manages portfolios accordingly. CMA may use sub-advisers and conducts due diligence on third-party managers. CMA also provides investment advisory services to the Wellington Shields All Cap Fund.
Fee Structure
Capital Management Associates (CMA) charges an annual investment management fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio. The exact fee depends on the portfolio manager and the type of portfolio:
- Equity and Balanced Portfolios: 0.25% up to 1.5% per year
- Fixed Income Portfolios: 0.375% up to 0.75% per year
The fee is calculated at the end of each quarter based on the value of your account and is paid quarterly in arrears. Fees may be directly withdrawn from the client’s account or billed directly. Fees are negotiable and may vary based on client type, relationship, assets under management, and service requirements.
