Fee Structure
Toews Asset Management offers investment management through the i-Vest and IRMS programs.
i-Vest Program: Fees range from 0.56% to 2.00% annually, which includes Toews's fee of 0.50% and the Financial Intermediary's fee (0.06% - 1.50%). Toews may waive its fee if the allocation to Toews Funds is greater than or equal to 30%. The minimum account size is $25,000, but it is negotiable.
IRMS Program: Fees vary based on account size, as detailed in Fee Schedules A, B, and C. For accounts less than $100,000, the fee is 2.30% annually with a $1,150 minimum. For accounts between $100,000 and $1,999,999, fees range from 1.25% to 2.00%. For accounts $2,000,000 and over, the fee is 1.00% with a $20,000 minimum. The minimum account size is $50,000, but it is negotiable.
