About This Firm
OneDigital offers investment advice and management to retirement plan sponsors and investment management services to plan participants. For plan sponsors, OneDigital acts as either an investment advisor or manager, assisting with investment decisions and plan changes. For participants, OneDigital provides advice on investment options within the plan. OneDigital also offers add-on services like drafting investment policy statements and providing financial education to participants. OneDigital also offers services to individuals, institutions, and corporations, including investment advisory/management, insurance advisory, financial planning, and family office services that are discussed in a separate Wealth Management disclosure brochure.
Fee Structure
OneDigital manages investments for retirement plan participants through its Personalized Portfolios program. The fee is a percentage of the value of the participant’s plan account. A portion of the fee is used to pay the plan’s recordkeeper for providing access to OneDigital and to compensate the recordkeeper for calculating and processing OneDigital’s management fee. If OneDigital uses a sub-advisor, it also pays a portion of the management fee to the sub-advisor.
