For Global Equity and International Equity Products:

• First $50M: 0.60% per year
• Next $50M: 0.40% per year
• Over $100M: 0.30% per year

For Fixed Income Securities: 0.20% per year.

Sarofim Trust Co. also manages the Sarofim Trust Co. Employee Benefit Investment Trust and charges 0.50% per year.

Sarofim Trust Co. may bill cash positions in portfolios at an annual rate of 0.20%, but currently waives this fee.
