Karpus Investment Management's fees are based on a percentage of the assets they manage. They charge a minimum annual fee of $2,000, which can be reduced at their discretion. Fees can be negotiated based on account size, complexity, or other considerations. Clients can get a fee discount if they agree to a contract for a specified duration. Karpus also offers a Cash Investment Management Service and an Asset Management Service, each with its own fee schedule.

Cash Investment Management Service:

• 1% on the first $1,000,000
• 0.80% on the next $1,000,000
• 0.60% on the next $3,000,000
• 0.50% on the next $5,000,000
• 0.45% on the next $15,000,000
• 0.35% on the balance over $25,000,000

Asset Management Service:

• Fees vary based on whether the portfolio is fixed income, balanced, or equity management. See the fee schedule below.
