Professional Financial Services, Inc. (PFS) offers financial planning services to individuals, pensions, profit sharing plans, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, corporations, and business entities. PFS uses a four-interview process to gather client information, discuss goals, and present a financial plan. PFS may recommend third-party money managers and receives a fee from them. Robert E. Tucker, the owner, also sells insurance and securities through LPL Financial, which may create a conflict of interest.
Fee Structure
PFS charges either an hourly rate or a fixed fee for creating financial plans:
- Hourly rate: $325/hour for Robert E. Tucker's time, $100/hour for staff Financial Analyst(s), and $40/hour for Administrative/Clerical tasks.
- Fixed fee: $1,000 to $10,000, depending on the complexity of the work.
Fees are due upon presentation of the final report and are negotiable. There is no charge for an initial consultation of up to one hour. Fees are fully refundable within 30 days after the client receives the final written plan or report if the client issues a written request for a refund based upon dissatisfaction with the work performed by PFS.
