About This Firm
Professional Financial Services (PFS) provides financial planning services to individuals, pensions, trusts, and businesses. PFS uses a four-interview process to gather client information and create a financial plan. PFS may recommend third-party money managers (TPMMs) to manage client accounts, receiving a fee from the TPMM. Robert E. Tucker, the owner, also sells insurance and securities products through LPL Financial, which may create a conflict of interest.
Fee Structure
Professional Financial Services does not directly manage client investments. Instead, PFS recommends third-party money managers (TPMMs) such as Morningstar, Manning & Napier, Frontier Asset Management, and AssetMark. PFS receives a portion of the fees charged by these TPMMs, up to a maximum of 1.10% for Morningstar, 1.00% for Manning & Napier and Frontier, and 1% for AssetMark. These fees are in addition to the program fees charged by the TPMMs themselves.
