About This Firm
Janus Henderson Investors US LLC (JHIUS) offers two programs: Active Advice, a managed allocation service based on a questionnaire, and Snapshot Advice, a one-time investment recommendation. Both programs use Janus Henderson's Sponsored Funds. JHIUS does not consider outside assets or provide tax advice. Clients are responsible for updating their information and understanding the risks involved. JHIUS may terminate accounts under certain conditions.
Fee Structure
JHIUS does not charge a separate advisory fee for the Active Advice or Snapshot Advice programs. Instead, JHIUS and its affiliates are compensated through the investment management fees and other expenses associated with the Sponsored Funds in which clients invest. These fees are reflected in the expense ratios of the funds. Fees are not negotiable.
