For fixed income individually managed accounts, the standard annual management fee is 0.25% of the account market value. Certain separately managed accounts employing a morally screened discipline are generally subject to a $25 million account minimum and are charged an annual management fee of 0.50% on the account market value of equity accounts and 0.25% on the market value of fixed income accounts. Fees with respect to separately managed accounts and individual accounts may be negotiable based on the adviser’s discretion.
