Longfellow Investment Management (LIM) provides customized investment strategies for institutional clients. LIM offers discretionary portfolio management services tailored to individual client needs, including fixed income, equity, absolute return, and alternative investment strategies. LIM assists clients in determining risk and return objectives and developing investment guidelines. LIM also provides fixed income portfolio management services as a sub-adviser to a wrap fee program.
Fee Structure
LIM manages investments for institutional clients and charges a percentage of the assets managed. The fees vary depending on the investment strategy:
- Fixed income strategies: 0.05% to 0.50% annually. Portfolios with a high-yield allocation of up to 15% may include an additional 0.05% per fee breakpoint.
- Absolute return strategies: 0.50% annually, plus a performance incentive fee of 10% of the annual return.
- Equity strategies: 0.25% to 0.60% annually, based on a tiered schedule or a flat rate.
LIM may charge an additional 0.05% for each fee tier for custom Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) or Socially Responsible Investing (SRI) strategies.
