Fee Structure
Pacific Life Fund Advisors (PLFA) provides investment advisory services to a private fund. PLFA negotiates fees with the fund's General Partner. The fees are calculated monthly as an annualized percentage of the total asset value of the Private Fund and are typically billed monthly in arrears. PLFA may reduce or waive its advisory or management fee. Sub-Advisers are paid directly by PLFA out of the advisory fee PLFA receives from the Private Fund.
