Osterweis Capital Management (OCM) charges a fee based on a percentage of the value of your account. This fee does not include brokerage commissions or other expenses. The fee is payable quarterly, typically in advance. Related accounts may be grouped together for fee calculation purposes. OCM may reduce or waive fees at its discretion.

OCM may charge fees up to 2.00% on accounts that do not meet the minimum account size. Fees may be negotiated for very large accounts.
