Advent International is a global private equity firm that advises private limited partnerships and other entities (Funds). Advent focuses on investments in growth-oriented privately held companies, and to a limited extent, early-stage and publicly held companies. Advent's investment programs include Global Private Equity, Advent Tech, and Latin American Program. Advent sources investments, conducts due diligence, and actively manages investments, often taking board positions and working with company management to accelerate growth.
