Fee Structure
Mark Asset Management charges a management fee based on the value of your portfolio, typically between 0.75% and 1.5% annually, paid quarterly in advance. The exact fee depends on the services provided, the amount you invest, and whether your assets are subject to a lock-up provision. Mark Asset Management may also receive 20% of an account’s profits above a high-water mark or an index.
