Timucuan Asset Management charges fees based on the value of your portfolio. There are two fee structures:
1. Net Asset Based:
- 1% per year on the first $10 million
- 0.75% per year on additional funds
2. Incentive Based (for accounts over $5 million): The greater of:
- A maintenance fee based on a percentage of assets
- A 10% quarterly performance fee (including both realized and unrealized gains and losses subject to a high-water mark).
Fees are negotiable in certain circumstances.
