Lazard Asset Management (Canada) provides investment advice to institutions, government entities, pooled investment vehicles, and other organizations. LAM Canada delegates portfolio management to its parent company, Lazard Asset Management LLC (LAM). LAM actively manages assets using equity, fixed income, and alternative investment strategies. LAM does not have a firm-wide chief investment officer or a central investment committee.
Fee Structure
LAM Canada's advisory fees are based on a percentage of the value of the assets managed. Fees are negotiable and may vary depending on the services provided and the specific requirements of the account. LAM Canada may offer blended fee schedules to existing clients with accounts across product lines and has the discretion to waive fees in whole or in part for an individual client account.
