About This Firm
Camden Asset Management manages investments for private investment funds and separate accounts. Camden directs the investment and reinvestment of client assets according to the terms of their agreements. Camden offers hedged or long-only strategies. Camden does not manage any non-discretionary assets; however, for separate accounts and single-investor funds, the client/investor selects the benchmark.
Fee Structure
Camden Asset Management is compensated through a combination of quarterly management fees and annual performance fees. The maximum annual management fee is 1% of the client's total assets, but this is subject to negotiation. The performance fee is calculated based on how much the client's performance exceeds the return of a benchmark, generally ranging from 15% to 50%. Certain clients pay a management fee but no performance fee.
