Fee Structure

For closed-end investment funds, management fees during the investment period typically range from 0.85% to 1.75% per year. For open-end investment funds, management fees range from 0.40% to 0.80% of the fund's net asset value per year. Evergreen investment funds pay a management fee typically quarterly, ranging from 0.9% to 1.5% per year.
Management fees for separately managed accounts are negotiated between Oaktree and the client.
