Fee Structure
Compass Group Management provides investment advisory services to privately pooled private equity funds. Compass receives an annual management fee, calculated and payable quarterly in advance. The management fee is generally 2% of a limited partner's commitment until the end of the investment period, then 2% of capital contributions related to investments not yet disposed of. Affiliates of Compass do not pay a management fee. Compass may waive, defer, or reduce the management fee for certain limited partners. The management fee can be paid from capital commitments, borrowings, or other available assets of a fund.
