RPS Retirement Plan Advisors offers services to employer-sponsored retirement savings plans and their sponsors. These services include discretionary investment management, retirement plan consulting, non-discretionary participant services, and the sale of insurance products to plan sponsors. RPS may also provide advice on rollovers. RPS has agreements with affiliated firms to provide investment analysis.

Fees are negotiable. A minimum annual fee of $30 per participant is charged. There is also a minimum annual fee of $8,000 for stand-alone 401(k) clients and $6,000 for adopters in the Pooled Employer Plan (PEP).
