AFS Investments manages investments for clients, charging a percentage of the assets managed each year. The exact percentage depends on the amount of assets managed and the type of account (discretionary or non-discretionary).

For non-qualified accounts:

• Discretionary ("Bottoms Up"): Fees range from 1.50% on the first $1 million to 0.30% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.
• Discretionary ("Top Down"): Fees range from 1.00% on the first $5 million to 0.30% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.
• Non-Discretionary: Fees range from 1.00% on the first $5 million to 0.30% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.

For qualified accounts:

• Discretionary (Service Level 3): Fees range from 1.00% on the first $5 million to 0.25% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.
• Discretionary (Service Level 2): Fees range from 0.75% on the first $5 million to 0.25% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.
• Non-Discretionary (Service Level 1): Fees range from 0.50% on the first $10 million to 0.25% for assets between $25 million and $39.99 million. Fees are negotiable for amounts over $40 million.

Self-directed accounts have a $500 annual fee, which is waived if other household accounts generate at least $500 in advisory fees.
