For Small Cap Value and Small/Mid Cap Value accounts:

• 1.00% on the first $25 million
• 0.85% on the next $25 million
• 0.75% over $50 million

For Mid Cap Value and Value Opportunity accounts:

• 0.75% on the first $25 million
• 0.65% on the next $25 million
• 0.60% over $50 million

For balanced accounts:

• 0.70% on the first $25 million
• 0.60% on the next $25 million
• 0.50% on amounts over $50 million

For intermediate fixed income and cash management accounts:

• 0.40% on the first $25 million
• 0.35% on the next $25 million
• 0.30% on amounts over $50 million

These fees do not include brokerage commissions or other investment-related costs.
