Sullivan Investment Management offers two investment programs with different fee structures:

Custom Investment Services Program:

• A base fee of $240, plus:
  • 1% of the value of your account up to $1,000,000
  • 0.8% on the next $500,000
  • 0.4% on the account value exceeding $1,500,000

Diversified Mutual Fund Program:

• A base fee of $240, plus:
  • 0.8% of the value of your account up to $1,000,000
  • 0.6% on the next $500,000
  • 0.3% on the account value exceeding $1,500,000

Sullivan Investment Management maintains a minimum fee of $800. Fees are negotiable in special circumstances.
