StreamSong may, in its sole discretion, elect to waive its minimum fee based upon certain criteria, including anticipated future earning capacity, anticipated future additional assets, dollar amount of assets to be managed, related accounts, account composition, pre-existing client, account retention, and pro bono activities. If StreamSong waives the minimum account size, the client with a portfolio under $500,000 will be charged a negotiated fee as outlined in the agreement but will never exceed 2.50%.
