Charter Advisory Corporation offers investment management through several different programs sponsored by LPL Financial, each with its own fee structure and account minimums:

• Manager Access Select Program — Total account fees up to 2.95% annually (includes an advisory fee of up to 2.35% and a manager fee of up to 0.60%). Requires a $50,000 minimum investment.
• Optimum Market Portfolios Program — Total account fees up to 2.5% annually. Generally requires a $1,000 minimum investment.
• Personal Wealth Portfolios Program — Total account fees up to 2.95% annually (advisory fee up to 2.35% plus manager fee up to 0.60%). Requires a $250,000 minimum investment.
• Model Wealth Portfolios Program — Total account fees up to 2.95% annually (advisory fee up to 2.35% plus manager fee up to 0.60%). Minimums vary by portfolio, starting at $10,000.
• Guided Wealth Portfolios Program — Total account fees up to 1.35% annually (includes an LPL program fee of 0.35% and an advisor fee of up to 1.00%). Requires a $5,000 minimum investment.

All management fees are paid quarterly in advance, and fees are negotiable.
