• ERISA Investment Manager Program — annual fees generally range from 0.05% to 0.80% of plan assets or up to $100,000 for flat dollar amounts.
• Co-Advisory Program — Eagle Strategies charges fees ranging from 0% to 1.25% of assets under management, which are paid in addition to the co-adviser's fees.
• New York Life Premier Advisory Variable Annuity — advisory fees range from 0% to 1% of the policy's accumulation value per year.
