Fees are negotiable for consolidated portfolio balances over $3,000,000. Accounts with 100% in fixed income investments follow the above schedule for the first 2 years, then 0.75% or less thereafter. Topaz Plan (limited service, passive portfolio management) is 0.35% for balances under $2,999,999.99, plus a $700 setup fee in the first year. Topaz fees are negotiable for balances over $3,000,000. Opal Plan (limited service) has a minimum fee of $900/year.
