SteelOaks charges a percentage of the assets they manage. The annual fee varies depending on the amount you invest and the type of investment management services provided. For Enhanced Equity & Balanced Management (no minimum account size), the fees are:

• 1.25% on the first $250,000
• 1.00% on the next $750,000
• 0.75% on the next $2 million
• 0.50% on the next $2 million
• 0.40% on the next $5 million

For Enhanced Equity & Balanced Management (minimum account size $5,000,000), the fees are:

• 0.50% on the first $5 million
• 0.40% on the next $5 million
• 0.35% on the next $40 million
• 0.25% on the next $50 million
• 0.15% on the next $100 million

For Fixed Income Management, the fees are:

• 0.60% on the first $2.5 million
• 0.35% on the next $2.5 million
• 0.30% on the next $20 million
• 0.25% on the next $25 million
• 0.15% on the next $50 million

For Consulting Services, the fees are:

• 0.65% on the first $2.5 million
• 0.50% on the next $2.5 million
• 0.35% balance over $5 million

Management fees and minimum account size are negotiable.
