Relativity Capital Advisors manages investment portfolios for a fee based on the value of your account. The fee is calculated on the last day of the previous quarter. Here's how it works, depending on where your account is held:

Schwab Accounts:

• Up to $499,999: 1.75% per year
• $500,000 to $999,999: 1.50% per year
• $1,000,000 to $2,999,999: 1.25% per year
• Above $3,000,000: Negotiable

Fidelity Tax Exempt Management and Base Plan Accounts:

• Up to $2,999,999: 1.00% per year
• Above $3,000,000: Negotiable

Interactive Brokers Accounts:

• Discretionary accounts: 1.75% per year
• Non-discretionary accounts: 1.5% per year

All fees are negotiable.
