• Real Estate Separate Accounts: 0.17% - 0.50% of the value of your portfolio per year
• Fixed Income:
  • Short Term Bond: 0.25% on the first $150 million
  • Intermediate Fixed Income: 0.25% on the first $75 million
  • Core Investment Grade: 0.30% on the first $75 million
  • Core Plus Fixed Income: 0.35% on the first $75 million
  • Core Plus Opportunities: 0.40% on the first $75 million
  • Emerging Market Debt: 0.45% on all asset levels
  • Global High Yield: 0.50% on all asset levels
  • Leverage Bank Loans: 0.50% on all asset levels
  • High Yield Statutory Trust: 0.50%
  • High Yield Active Core: 0.50%
• Equity:
  • Small Cap Value (Institutional and Private Client):

McMorgan also offers a Managed Account Platform with the following fee schedule:

There is a $3,500 minimum annual fee for the Managed Account Platform.
