Odeon Capital Advisors charges a fee based on the value of your portfolio. The specific fee schedule and whether you are charged a performance-based fee depends on whether you are considered a "qualified client."

For clients who are not "qualified clients", the annual fee is:

• $1,000,000 - $2,000,000: 1.25%
• $2,000,001 - $5,000,000: 1.00%
• $5,000,001 - $20,000,000: 0.85%
• Above $20,000,000: 0.50%

For "qualified clients" who do not wish to be charged a performance fee, the annual fee is:

• $1,000,000 - $2,000,000: 1.25%
• $2,000,001 - $5,000,000: 1.00%
• $5,000,001 - $20,000,000: 0.85%
• Above $20,000,000: 0.50%

For "qualified clients" who wish to be charged a performance fee, Odeon Capital Advisors charges an annual fee in the range of 0% to 1% based on the value of your portfolio, and an additional performance-based profit allocation. Performance-based fees generally are equal to 10% to 20% of the accounts’ net realized and unrealized profits, subject to a Hurdle/Performance Fee Threshold provision.
