Crow Holdings Capital manages investments for affiliated real estate funds and ventures. Here's a breakdown of how those fees work:

• Management Fee: During the investment period, the firm generally receives up to 1.5% annually of each investor's total commitment. After the investment period, the fee is up to 1.5% annually of the invested capital that hasn't been disposed of.
• Core-Plus Fund: For the core-plus fund, the management fee is up to 1.05% annually of the net asset value of each investor's units, paid quarterly.
• Credit Venture Clients: Management fees are charged on the total client commitments invested or reserved for an investment.
• Carried Interest: The firm also receives a percentage (up to 20%) of the profits from the sale of investments or the net profits allocated to each investor, after returning their initial investment and a preferred rate of return.

These fees may be reduced or changed in certain circumstances, and the fee arrangements for single-investor funds and separately managed accounts are negotiated individually.
