Rockwall Wealth Advisors uses third-party managers for investment management. The annual advisory fee is based on the value of your account:

• $0 - $1,000,000: 1.00%
• $1,000,001 - $2,000,000: 0.85%
• $2,000,001 - $5,000,000: 0.75%
• $5,000,001 - $10,000,000: 0.65%
• $10,000,001 and Above: Negotiable

There is also an administration fee:

• $0 - $100,000.00: 0.35%
• $100,000.01 - $250,000: 0.30%
• $250,000.01 - $1,000,000.00: 0.20%
• $1,000,000.01+: 0.10%

For households less than $100,000, there is an annual fixed-dollar fee of $75 per account or sleeve. The minimum annual fee for this service is $500. If you invest in the MCAM Portfolios and have a household value of assets on the Orion Portfolio Solutions platform above $75,000 then you will not be charged an admin fee, account maintenance fee, trading and custody fee, or strategist fee for the assets invested in the MCAM Portfolios. If you have a household value below $75,000 then, in addition to the Advisory Fee, you will be charged an annual fee of $90.
