For Clients utilizing the Managed Accounts Program and the SEI Asset Allocation Program developed by SEI Investments Management Corporation (“SEI”), Alconbury’s annual fee is 0.80% of the Client’s assets under management. Alconbury’s fee is in addition to fees charged by SEI. The total combined annual fee for Alconbury and SEI will not exceed 3% of the Client’s assets under management. SIPP and QROPS accounts will be charged an annual fee not to exceed 1.50% annually. A discretionary manager can be engaged to manage some or a portion of the SIPP assets for a fee up to 0.75% on the portion of assets allocated to the discretionary manager. Therefore, annual asset management fees can be 2.25% (i.e., 1.50% maximum Alconbury fee plus 0.75% to the discretionary manager).
