Ann Means

Sapient Investments charges a percentage of your portfolio each year. The rate varies depending on the portfolio type and the amount you invest.

Global Macro Portfolio:

• 1.50% on the first $2,000,000
• 1.00% on assets between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000
• 0.75% on assets between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
• 0.50% on assets over $10,000,000

Multi-Strategy Portfolio and Directly Indexed Stock Portfolios:

• 1.00% on the first $2,000,000
• 0.75% on assets between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000
• 0.625% on assets between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000
• 0.50% on assets over $10,000,000

Custom Core Portfolios:

• 0.50% on all assets under management

For the Global Macro Portfolio, qualified clients may choose a performance-based fee instead of the asset-based fee, which is a percentage of the profits. There is a $2,500 minimum annual fee.
