Basic Capital charges a percentage of the total assets they manage. For investment advisory services, the fee is up to 0.50% annually. For investment management services, the fee is up to 1% annually. Investment management fees are generally higher than investment advisory fees. Fees are negotiable, and the final fee schedule is included in the agreement. Fees are paid quarterly in arrears, unless paid directly by the plan sponsor, in which case fees are paid monthly in arrears.
