Goldstone Financial Group (GFG) offers investment management services with fees based on a percentage of your portfolio's value. The fees vary depending on whether you choose a transaction-based or wrap-based account, and which custodian (Charles Schwab or Fidelity) holds your account.

For Charles Schwab accounts:

• Transaction-Based:
  • First $1,000,000: 1.20% per year
  • Next $1,000,000 to $3,000,000: 0.90% per year
  • Over $3,000,000: 0.65% per year
• Wrap-Based:
  • First $500,000: 1.50% per year
  • Next $500,001 to $1,000,000: 1.20% per year
  • Over $1,000,000: 0.95% per year

For Fidelity accounts (Transaction-Based only):

• First $1,000,000: 1.30% per year (GFG 1.20% + Sub-Adviser 0.10%)
• Next $1,000,000 to $3,000,000: 1.00% per year (GFG 0.90% + Sub-Adviser 0.10%)
• Over $3,000,000: 0.75% per year (GFG 0.65% + Sub-Adviser 0.10%)

Fees are negotiable and may be reduced or waived in certain instances. GFG employees and their families may receive discounted or waived fees.
