StanCorp Investment Advisers does not charge investment advisory fees directly to individual retail clients. Instead, fees for retirement plan services are typically bundled with administrative and recordkeeping fees charged by an affiliated recordkeeper, Standard Retirement Services. For investment advisory services provided to retirement plans, fees will not exceed 0.06% of the value of the plan assets. Participants enrolled in the Mainspring Managed program may be subject to a monthly fee schedule depending on their account balance:

• $0 to $5,000 — $0 per month
• $5,000 to $10,000 — $5 per month
• $10,000 and above — $10 per month These monthly fees do not apply if the program is selected as the default investment alternative for the plan.
