For clients who started after July 1, 2002:

  • Annual fee: 0.90% on $200,000-$500,000, 0.80% on $500,001-$1,000,000, and 0.70% on amounts over $1,000,000. Fees are negotiable for portfolios over $3,000,000.
  • Minimum account size: $200,000.

For clients who started after September 30, 2011, with more complex portfolios:

  • Annual fee range: 0.60% to 1.25%. Fees are negotiable for portfolios over $3,000,000.

Model Portfolio Management:

  • Annual fee: 1.25% (minimum $156.25 per quarter).
  • Minimum account size: $50,000.

FM6 Management (for non-profit employees):

  • Annual fee: 0.50%.
  • Minimum account size: $100,000.

Class F-2 shares of the American Funds:

  • Annual fee: 0.50%.

Sub-Adviser (for accounts under $10,000):

  • Annual fee: 1% (0.25% paid to the sub-adviser, 0.75% to FMN).
