Waterloo Capital offers investment management services for a fee based on the value of your portfolio. The fee includes Waterloo Capital's advisory fee (up to 2%, which is negotiable) and a sub-adviser fee if a sub-adviser platform is used (the sub-adviser's fee is not negotiable). You'll pay this fee quarterly, in advance. Under certain circumstances, clients may be charged $250 per hour for additional services. For clients with assets under management of $2,000,000 or more, the firm will, on a quarterly basis, reduce its next quarterly fee in an amount equal to the transaction-based fees incurred by the client during the preceding quarter.
