The administrative fee is what Orion charges for its advisory services. The strategist fee is for the specific investment strategy or model selected. Fees are paid monthly or quarterly, either in advance or in arrears, depending on the service.

Here are some examples of programs and their fees:

• Wealth Advisory: 0.65% plus strategist fees (varies)
• Disciplined Equity: Fees range from 0.10% to 0.35% plus strategist fees (0.10% - 0.15%)
• Orion Custom Indexing: 0.15%

There is also an annual $75 fee for each account or sleeve used in a client's household for households with assets on the platform valued at less than $100,000.
