Seaview Investment Managers charges an annual fee based on a percentage of the value of your portfolio. The fee schedule varies depending on the size of your account:

• Below $100,000 — 2.00% to 2.50% per year
• $100,000 to $250,000 — 1.75% to 2.25% per year
• $250,001 to $500,000 — 1.50% to 2.00% per year
• $500,001 to $750,000 — 1.25% to 1.75% per year
• $750,001 to $1,000,000 — 1.00% to 1.50% per year
• Above $1,000,000 — 0.75% to 1.25% per year

The firm generally requires a minimum portfolio value of $100,000 to open an account, and a minimum annual fee of 0.75%, though these requirements may be waived at the firm's discretion. Fees can be billed quarterly in advance or monthly or quarterly in arrears.
