Equity Strategies (Growth, Aggressive Growth, Growth & Income, Large Cap Fusion, Small Cap Fusion):

• First $500,000: 1.25% per year
• Next $500,000: 1.00% per year
• Over $1,000,000: 0.75% per year
• Minimum Annual Fee: $1,250

Systematic Relative Strength Strategies (Aggressive, Core, International Core, ESG Core):

• First $500,000: 1.25% per year
• Next $500,000: 1.00% per year
• Over $1,000,000: 0.75% per year
• Minimum Annual Fee: $2,500

Systematic Relative Strength Strategies (Balanced, Global Macro):

• First $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
• Next $1,000,000: 0.85% per year
• Over $2,000,000: 0.75% per year
• Minimum Annual Fee: $2,000

Systematic Relative Strength – Focus Five Strategy and Tactical Fixed Income:

• First $1,000,000: 0.50% per year
• Next $1,000,000: 0.40% per year
• Over $2,000,000: 0.35% per year
• Minimum Annual Fee: $1,000

Moderate Risk Endowment:

• First $1,000,000: 1.00% per year
• Next $1,000,000: 0.85% per year
• Over $2,000,000: 0.75% per year
• Minimum Annual Fee: $2,000

The minimum account sizes and annual fees are negotiable.
