LRZ Capital manages investments in two ways, each with different fees:

• Managed Funds: Fees are based on the value of the fund, charged monthly in advance, plus a performance incentive fee.
  • $100,000 to $3 million: 1.25% per year plus 15% of net outperformance
  • $3 million to $10 million: 1.00% per year plus 12.5% of net outperformance
  • $10 million and over: 0.75% per year plus 10% of net outperformance
• Separately Managed Accounts (replicating Managed Strategies): Fees are based on the value of the account, charged monthly in advance, plus a performance incentive fee.
  • $1 million to $3 million: 1.25% per year plus 15% of net outperformance
  • $3 million to $10 million: 1.00% per year plus 12.5% of net outperformance
  • $10 million and over: 0.75% per year plus 10% of net outperformance
• Other Separately Managed Accounts (not in Managed Funds or replicating Managed Strategies): Fees are based on the value of the account, charged monthly in advance.
  • $1 million to $10 million: 0.50% per year
  • $10 million to $20 million: 0.40% per year
  • $20 million to $50 million: 0.30% per year
  • $50 million to $100 million: 0.20% per year
  • $100 million and over: 0.10% per year

Fees may be negotiable and can vary based on account size and service requirements.
