D’Orazio Wealth Advisors charges an annual fixed fee based on your total assets under advisement, which includes managed investments as well as employer-sponsored retirement accounts where the firm provides advice. The fee is payable quarterly in advance.

Standard fee schedule:

• Up to $2,000,000 — $10,000 per year
• $2,000,001 to $4,000,000 — $15,000 per year
• $4,000,001 to $6,000,000 — $22,500 per year
• $6,000,001 to $8,000,000 — $30,000 per year
• $8,000,001 to $15,000,000 — $50,000 per year
• Over $15,000,000 — Negotiable

For family members of existing clients with assets below $1,000,000, a courtesy schedule applies:

• Up to $500,000 — $3,000 per year
• $500,001 to $1,000,000 — $5,000 per year

If you use separate independent managers for equity strategies, you will pay an additional fee ranging from 0.15% to 1.15% of those managed assets, billed quarterly in arrears. For fixed-income separate manager strategies, the additional fee ranges from 0.18% to 0.25% of designated assets, billed monthly in arrears.
