Aspan Capital does not charge a traditional management fee based on the value of your portfolio. Instead, the firm charges a performance-based fee that applies only if your investments grow:

• Performance Fee — 25% of the net increase in your account's value during each calendar year.
• Hurdle Rate — Your account must achieve a return of at least 6% before any performance fee is earned, and the fee only applies to gains above that 6% threshold.
• High Water Mark — The firm only earns a performance fee if your account value exceeds its previous highest ending value, adjusted for any contributions or withdrawals you make.

Because of these rules, you only pay a fee when your investments generate positive returns that beat the 6% hurdle and surpass previous peak values. To qualify for this service, you must meet specific legal wealth or asset thresholds.
