Fee Structure
Fees and compensation vary for each series LLC. One series LLC may have a 2% annual management fee for three years, while another may have a one-time upfront fee of 2%. Management fees will not exceed 3% annually of an investor's capital in a given series LLC. Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) may have an upfront fee of 5% to 8% with no management or performance fees.
