The Pacific Financial Group (TPFG) offers investment advisory programs like EPIC, which includes Strategy PLUS, EPIC Plus, ADVANTAGE, CHOICE, and Pacific Premier Partners Program (P4). These programs offer various investment solutions, including models managed by TPFG, unaffiliated asset managers, and single ticker models. TPFG works with investment advisor representatives (IARs) from Introducing Firms who refer clients to TPFG. TPFG also provides services directly to Private Clients. TPFG does not provide individualized investment advice or fiduciary services relating to the selection, evaluation or appropriateness of any investment options, investment solutions, share class, risk tolerance or other personal advice.
Fee Structure
TPFG offers various investment programs with different fee structures.
For the EPIC Program (excluding Strategy Plus and STM Solutions), clients pay an annual Program Fee that includes a fee for TPFG's services and an Adviser fee. The total annual fee paid shall not exceed 2.00%.
For SMA, CORE and VAO Solutions, clients pay a management fee to TPFG, and a fee is paid to the Adviser. The total annual fee paid shall not exceed 2.00%.
For P4, clients pay an annual Platform Fee for TPFG services and an Adviser fee. The total annual fee paid shall not exceed 2.00%.
Strategy Plus Solution does not charge any platform fees as all fees are paid from the PFG Funds.
