Potomac Asset Management does not participate in wrap fee programs.
Fee Structure
Potomac Asset Management charges a percentage of assets for Qualified Professional Asset Manager (QPAM) accounts. The annual fee ranges from 0.50% to 2.00% for accounts less than $10,000,000. Fees for private equity portfolios are calculated according to the private placement memorandum. The firm may also charge an hourly fee ranging from $300 to $1000 per hour or a negotiated fixed quarterly fee for investment management and consulting services.
