Fee schedule is for separately managed and sub-advisory accounts opened on or after January 1, 2025. For accounts opened prior to January 1, 2025: 0.7% - first $10 million; 0.5% - next $20 million; 0.3% - next $20 million; 0.2% on assets over $50 million. Assets invested in the ST Capital Group Value Fund will be charged a 1% fee by the fund. Accounts primarily invested in the fund will be charged an annual fee of 0.25% on assets managed outside the fund.
