Brand Asset Management Group (BAMG) provides investment advice and portfolio management to individuals, high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, pension and profit sharing plans, charitable organizations, and corporations. BAMG works with clients to identify their investment goals and risk tolerance to create a portfolio. BAMG manages accounts on a discretionary basis, making investment decisions without consulting the client, within the client's guidelines.
Fee Structure
BAMG's fees for investment management are based on the value of your portfolio and are charged quarterly in advance.
Mosaic Wealth Management & Institutional Advisory
- First $3,000,000: 1.00% per year
- Next $3,000,000: 0.80% per year
- Next $4,000,000: 0.60% per year
- Over $10,000,000: 0.40% per year
There is a minimum quarterly fee of $11,500, which includes advisory services, estate, and tax planning. The minimum quarterly fee can be reduced to $9,500 for advisory services and one Mosaic offering, or $7,500 for advisory services alone.
Brand Family Office
- First $20,000,000: 0.40% per year
- Next $30,000,000: 0.20% per year
- Over $50,000,000: 0.15% per year
Fees are negotiable based on the services you require, the type of assets held, prior relationships, and the intention to have BAMG manage additional assets in the future.
